Free standard shipping

We offer free standard shipping to delivery destinations available at checkout. No minimum order value applies. Review your address and order total before payment.

Warehouse dispatch: 1–3 days

Orders normally leave the warehouse within 1–3 days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Delivery: estimated 7–10 days after dispatch

Estimated transit time is 7–10 days after the parcel leaves the warehouse. Allow approximately 8–13 days from ordering to delivery, including processing. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier delays, customs where applicable and destination conditions may affect delivery. If you need your order for a particular trip, contact us before ordering.

Order updates

Check the confirmation and shipping updates sent to your checkout email. Tracking details will be provided where available from the delivery service.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your delivery details carefully. For corrections or a delayed, missing or damaged parcel, contact customer care with your order number. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. We will investigate and help arrange an appropriate resolution.

Where international delivery is offered, any duties or taxes identified at checkout are shown before payment. Free shipping refers to the standard delivery charge.
